I am a stay-at-home mom. My husband works as a nurse. Our lovely daughters are Makayla (6), Caroline (5), Sydney (2), Julianna (1), and Abigail was born Sept. 20, 2012. I currently homeschool our two oldest daughters. Being an Educator by trade, I love getting to "play" school at home, on my own terms with my own students. We stay busy at our house, but thankfully my husband's schedule allows him much time at home.
We converted to Orthodoxy in August of 2012. This has completely changed our lives! Our whole perception of Christianity has been rocked and I hope to be able to share with you as we journey through the beginnings of Orthodoxy. We are blessed with a wonderful church family at All Saints. We are so thrilled to finally have found a church that has stood the test of time and resembles as closely to the first church as possible.
Aside from my family and my church, there are a few other things that occupy my time. We are delving into the world of natural, whole foods. I really love working in the kitchen and making yummy, natural dishes. I'll be sharing some of that too.
Just so you don't get the wrong idea about me, I thought I would share some truthful photos of the realities of my life. Some people have misunderstood me as "Super Mom" I'm guessing because I have so many kids... but don't be misled, I have no special talents or skills, life is crazy and we all end up crying at some point during the day. So, these are pictures taken from my home in full swing.

I love your honesty! As a soon-to-be mother of five, I can relate very well! :)
