Visiting College Buddies

This past Labor Day weekend Josh, the girls and I got to go to Tennessee to have a "reunion" of sorts with our friends from college. We gathered at Kristen, Kyle and Chloe's house and were joined by Jeremy, Jenni and Summer. We enjoyed playing Wii, going to the park and grilling out. Of course, it was craziness with 4 baby girls running around, but we are happy that they are on their way to forming the newest Peanut Gallery.

As you can tell, they thoroughly enjoyed bath time together. This picture reminds me of a favorite poem by Shel Siverstein called Crowded Tub,

There's too many kids in this tub.
There's too many elbows to scrub.
I just washed a behind
That I'm sure wasn't mine,
There's too many kids in this tub.

Another exciting happening was the forming of The Bradley Family, quite similar to The Partridge Family, only better. We all had a great time at our jam session. As you can tell Makayla is quite the accomplished piano player.

Another favorite time we had, which unfortunately we did not get a picture of, was our trip to Chick-fil-A for free chicken strips. We all dressed in our football team shirts and got free strips (yes, even the kiddos). We had strips coming out of our ears, but who can beat a free meal!

All-in-all we had a great trip, especially with no car accidents to speak of. Though tired and recovering from lack of sleep, we look forward to our next College Buddies get together!
